*5 panels · before the title*
C.1 *Night. Suraj and Kicha trudge up the lane, bags on shoulders, wrecked from a shift. They stop dead.*

Suraj …
C.3 *Close on Suraj. Something is happening behind his eyes and it is not proportionate to the situation.*
Suraj Idi… **gate.**
Suraj Idi gate ra. Gate ante **gate.**
C.4 *Kicha, already filming, narrating gravely into his phone.*
Keecha Evidence. Vehicle. Unidentified.
C.5 *Morning. Wide. A hand-painted board wired to the gate, letters crammed at the end because they ran out of space:*
> ## Vehicles Park Cheyyavaddu
*Suraj stands back with his arms folded, admiring it the way a man admires a house he built.*

Anudeep —ss.
Aishwarya Ayyo—

Anudeep Parledhu, parledhu, kaledu—
*(it very much did)*
**8.** *Behind him, Aishwarya swings a leg over the railing and vaults in. She does not use doors. She never has.*
S.F.X: *thmp.*
---
## Page Three
**9.** *The kitchen sink. He stops. It is not a sink. It is an installation — plates stacked past the taps at an angle that violates something.*
**10.** *He reaches past the stack, very carefully, toward the tap.*
**11.** *The stack decides.*
S.F.X: Krash
**12.** *Anudeep, motionless, wearing three days of other people's food down a shirt he ironed at seven this morning.*
---
## Page Four
*In the living room, the tableau the crash interrupts: **Suraj and Kicha both asleep in the hall** — Suraj face-down and spread across most of the floor, **Kicha flat on the sofa still wearing his sunglasses.** In the corner, **Jay** sits upright with **headphones on**, awake, having heard nothing, or choosing to. And **Bujjodu** the cat sits on Suraj's back, unhurriedly **licking the side of his face.***
**13.** *Both bodies resurrect instantly, in unison, without opening their eyes.*
Suraj Nenu kadu!
Keecha Nenu kadu!

Aishwarya …ee intiki **rules** kavali.
**16.** *Anudeep looks at the wall clock. Then at his shirt. The ten o'clock is dead.*
Anudeep *(quietly, to nobody)*: …evening slot ki call chestha.
---
# ▸ Act Two — the Rulebook · panels 17 to 28
## Page Five
**17.** *The dining table. All four. A fresh sheet of chart paper. Aishwarya has a marker and the bearing of a woman chairing a board. Anudeep is in a different shirt; the first one soaks in a bucket behind him, in frame.*
Aishwarya Rule one. **First — illu clean cheyandi.**
**18.** *Suraj leans back, hands behind his head, magnificently unbothered.*
Suraj Haha. Nenu better di cheppatha.

---
## Page Seven
**25.** *Kicha turns to Aishwarya and Anudeep with the air of a man declassifying something.*

Anudeep …idi?
**28.** *Kicha, without hesitation, entirely serious.*
Keecha Cheppa kada em muttukovaddu ani. **Adi naa setup.**
*Anudeep looks at the apple. Looks at Kicha. Puts it back exactly where he found it. Then, carefully, raises a finger — his turn.*
Anudeep Naa rule. Vaadina prathi item… **place lo pettali.**
*Dead silence. Suraj and Kicha stare at him as if he has proposed abolishing gravity.*
Suraj *(genuinely disturbed)* …prathi item aa?

# ▸ Act Three — the Plate, the Fridge, the Water · panels 29 to 48

**29.** *The front door. Jay comes in. He does not react to the rulebook, the chart paper, or the four people staring at him. He may not have registered any of it.*
**30.** *He sits at the far end of the table. Eats. Efficiently, quietly, entirely without ceremony. Four people watch him do it.*
**31.** *He stands, carries the plate to the kitchen, and sets it down in the sink.*

**34.** *Jay, in the doorway. He does not argue. He does not agree. He simply keeps walking and is gone.*
S.F.X: *click.*
**35.** *Suraj turns to Aishwarya with both palms up — a man whose entire argument has just been delivered to him by God.*
Suraj **Ippudu cheppu.** Ide house rule. Ade memu follow avuthunnam.
Aishwarya Vaadu dheyyam. Meeru **manushulu.** Standards different.
Suraj Adi discrimination.
Aishwarya Adi **compliment** ra vaadiki.
**36.** *Kicha spreads his hands, deeply satisfied, settling the theology of it.*
Keecha I told you. **Dheyyali ki rules em undavu.**
---
## Page Ten
**37.** *Kicha gets up, crosses to the sink, picks up Jay's plate. There's a stripe of chutney left on it. He regards it with genuine appreciation.*
Keecha Wait. Idi waste cheyyakudadu.
**38.** *He licks the chutney off the plate. Fully. Unashamedly.*
Keecha Let me salvage this ghostly plate.
**39.** *He turns the tap on with a flourish.*
**40.** *Nothing comes out. He turns it further. Taps it. Looks up at it, personally betrayed. Nobody else is paying attention.*
S.F.X: *…*
Keecha *(to himself)*: …hm.
---
## Page Eleven
**41.** *Meanwhile Suraj, still stung about the ringtone, stalks into the kitchen.*
Suraj Coffee pettukunta. Evariki emi vaddu.
**42.** *He yanks the fridge open and reaches for the milk.*
**43.** *the Fridge is under Tension. Everything launches at once — packets, a bowl, a lemon. And a soda can, primed and shaken, opens mid-air.*
S.F.X: Shh
**44.** *Wide. The spray goes across Suraj, across Kicha, across the counter, the floor, the wall, and a good portion of the rulebook. Aishwarya and Anudeep, at the table, are hit by the outer edge of it.*
---
## Page Twelve
**45.** *Silence. Everything drips. Kicha's voice arrives, calm and vindicated, from within the destruction.*
Keecha Cheppana. **Traps petta ani.**
**46.** *Suraj, soda-drenched, murderous, already moving toward the tap. And then he stops — and turns on the room, because he has been waiting all day to be right about one thing.*
Suraj Rules enduku ra ani adigaru kada. Andaru.
*Beat.*
Suraj **Aa car gurthundha?**
*Nobody answers.*
Suraj Ade.
*He walks to the tap with enormous dignity.*
**47.** *The front door. Jay is back, half in, one slipper off — he heard the crash from the stairs. He takes in the room: the fridge, the spray, the two soaked men, the floor.*
Jay Em ayindi?
*Beat. Then, remembering, entirely mildly:*
Jay Oh. Cheppadam marichipoya — **ee roju neellu ravu.** Evening ki vasthayi.
**48.** *Four Faces. The information lands in stages. Suraj covered in soda. Kicha holding a licked plate. A kitchen coated in sugar. And no water until evening.*
Suraj *(very quietly, dripping)* Jay. Jay aagu. **Neellu—**
*But Jay is already gone. Beat. Kicha looks at the plate in his hand, then at the dead tap, and arrives at acceptance before anyone else:*
Keecha *(philosophical)* …naa nalika tho kadigina, technically clean eh ga.
Aishwarya *(backing out of the kitchen)* Nenu ee intiki **guest** ni. Official ga cheptunna.

# ▸ Act Four — Evening · panels 49 to 64
## Page Thirteen
**49.** *The aftermath. Suraj and Kicha stand in the middle of it, sticky, drying, giving off a smell the art should convey with small wavy lines.*
Suraj Naaku… naaku odollu **attukupothunnayi** ra.
**50.** *Nobody cleans anything. There is nothing to clean it with. The mess simply stays — soda drying on the floor, the fridge contents where they landed, the rotting apple untouched beneath the table.*
Caption *(narration)*: They left it exactly where it was. There was no other option.
**51.** *Anudeep looks at the clock. Then at the chart paper, soda-stained, rule one already meaningless. He picks up his bag.*
Anudeep Nenu Ameerpet velli vasthanu.
Suraj *(sticky, desperate, holding out a hand)* Rey— water bottle—
Anudeep *(at the door, not turning)* Adi **drinking** water ra.
Suraj Nenu **drink** chesi, spit chesukunta—
**52.** *The door closes on the negotiation. Behind it, Suraj and Kicha are left attempting to clean themselves with one bottle of drinking water, which goes exactly as well as expected.*
S.F.X: *click.*
---
## Page Fourteen
**53.** *Evening. The front door opens. Anudeep, tired, bag on shoulder, the Ameerpet trip finally done.*
**54.** *Wide — his P.O.V. The flat. Worse than he left it. Soda dried into a map on the floor. Fridge contents still where they landed. Plates. The chart paper on the floor with a footprint on it.*
*And no people. The bodies are gone. Only the evidence remains.*
Caption (Anudeep): Every trace of them. None of them.
**55.** *He walks to the kitchen and turns the tap, without much hope.*
**56.** *Water. Full pressure. It runs clean and loud into the wrecked sink.*
S.F.X: *shhhhhhh*
---
## Page Fifteen
**57.** *Anudeep looks at the running water. Looks at the flat. Sets his bag down. Rolls his sleeves.*
Caption (Anudeep): Idi temporary.
Anudeep *(to himself, as he starts)*: Hmm. Future lo kuda roommate ila ne unte… **rules raase kanna, chesi chupinchadam better** anukunta.
*(Flat. To nobody. He stops trying to legislate the flat and just starts cleaning it — the thing the whole episode has been arguing toward.)*
**58.** *He starts. Properly — the floor first, on his knees, doing it right. Nobody asked him to. Nobody is here to see it.*
**59.** *He stops. There is a sound coming from his room. A rhythmic, unhurried, domestic sound.*
S.F.X: *shff… shff… shff…*
**60.** *Anudeep, cloth still in hand, staring down the passage at his own doorway. Somebody is sweeping in there.*
---
## Page Sixteen
**61.** *He approaches the doorway. Inside, a small elderly woman has her back to him, calmly and expertly sweeping out his room. He tries the only theory available.*
Anudeep …Kicha? Kicha?
*No response.*
Anudeep Aa dheyyam chutney thinni **mussali daanivi** ayyava?
**62.** *She turns around. both of them Scream. Full frame. She raises the broom. He raises the cloth. Two people meeting a ghost simultaneously.*
S.F.X: Ah
**63.** *Jay, from the corner of the hall, not looking up from a glass of water, mildly.*
Jay Nuvvu enduku clean chesthunnav?
*Anudeep, blank, cloth still raised:*
Anudeep …huh?
Jay Eevida **mana maid** ra. Regular ga vasthadi. Oka week off unde — ee roju vachindi.
Jay Nenu cheppadam marichipoya.
*Beat. Anudeep looks at the floor he has been scrubbing for twenty minutes.*
**64.** *Jay walks to the wall, takes down Aishwarya's soda-stained chart paper, and writes a second line beneath rule one in his own small handwriting:*
> ## Keep it Clean
*He sticks it back on the wall and heads for the stairs.*
*Anudeep watches his back — holding a wet cloth, doing the arithmetic of his whole day.*
Caption (Anudeep): He didn't do more than us.
Caption (Anudeep): He just… asked someone.
*And then — thunder from three directions. Suraj, Kicha and Aishwarya come sprinting in, half-changed, actually emotional.*
Suraj Mudamma! Vachesava!**
Keecha Amma— amma, naaku evaru cheppaledu—
Aishwarya Oka **week** ra! Oka week!
*Muddamma, broom in hand, surveys her congregation. Then looks past them — at the kitchen. The soda map. The fridge contents on the floor. The apple under the table.*
Mudamma:** *(evenly)* …inkoka week off teesukovali anipisthondi.
All Three:** Vaddu
*And Suraj, clutching her hand, from the absolute bottom of his heart:*
Suraj Roju ee **Jay food** thinnalekapothunnam, amma.
*From the stairwell, ascending, without turning around, entirely mild:*
Jay (O.P.):** …nenu kuda.
*Everyone freezes. Then the whole room breaks — even Muddamma. Anudeep, at the edge of it, wet cloth still in hand, laughing properly for the first time in the episode.*

# 🎬 End Gag — "Footage" — Pinky, Introduced
*5 panels · after the episode*
G.1 *Night. Boys H.Q. Kicha hunched over a laptop with the intensity of a man cracking a murder. On screen: **grainy C.C.T.V of the gate** — the colony's watchman camera, which he has clearly talked his way into.*
Keecha Cold open lo oka vehicle undi. Unidentified. **Ippudu — identified.**
G.2 *Suraj leans in behind him. On the footage: the car pulls up, parks squarely across the gate, and a woman steps out.*
G.3 *Kicha freezes the frame. Zooms. Enhances badly. And the face resolves into someone **both of them recognise instantly** — and are horrified by.*
Suraj …adi.
Keecha …adi.
G.4 *Full reveal on the frozen frame: Priyanka — "Pinky."** And Kicha says the worst thing it is possible for the footage to have shown.*
Keecha **Maa office** lo pani chesthundi ra.
Suraj Maa **rival.** Aa Pinky **maa gate** mundu park chesinda?!
G.5 *The two of them staring at a frozen C.C.T.V frame of their office rival's car parked across their own gate, united at last — not in friendship, but in outrage.*
Keecha Idi **war** ra.
Suraj War.
*(Kicha's cold-open "investigation" pays off. Pinky is introduced — office rival first, everything else later. The board stays wired to the gate. The car will be back.)*
