Macaulay was dreamed and determined by our founder Thiru.A.Aladi Aruna . It was visualized in 1986 and it reached almost 39 years. The institution is marching forward with the unique objective of Dr.A.Anbuvanan and Mrs.D.Nalini who have been imparting the value based learning and also enabling our students to achieve the full potential today and empowering them to become the global leaders of tomorrow.

{Academic Achievements:}

“ There is no secrets needed to get success but the determination & hard work is needed to achieve Success. We achieved 99% result in class 10 and 99% result in class 11 in common examination held last academic year.

*Master. V. Harshavardhan of class 10th, scored 2nd rank among the D.H.S.S Group of schools with a score of 462 out of 500 with centum in Mathematics.

*Followed by Master.A. Mohammed Azharuddin with 458 & Master.S.Sanjay with 438.

Over All Distinction Holders 20 percent I Class Holders 70 percent

{Students Achievement:}

*Ullas Trust has conducted scholarship exam ,in which

Ms. A Shaliha Afreen of class 8 received scholarship till 12th std.

Our students have participated in various competitions like essay writing competition in Languages and Science Drama competition which was conducted by the Government of Tamil Nadu where they stepped till District level. Also they participated and won several prizes in various competitions held at Avvai kalai kazhagam, K.C.S school & Nesam publication.

1. Vijay kumar & Jai surya won 1st prize in 'Ivargal santhithaal' competition

2. Mirudhula won 1st prize and Jannthul firdose won 3rd prize in singing competition

3. Yogasri won 1st prize in fancy dress & Tamil elocution competition

4. Mirudhula and Sakthi won 1st & 2nd prize in Thirukkural recitation

5. Suba sri and Janthul firdose won 1st and 3rd prize in Essay writing competition

{Teacher Training & Professional Development:}

Our management recruits' high quality and diverse staff in order to make our children shine in the futuristic world. As a mark of Teachers development, our management have organized workshops for the teachers on “Awareness of S.L.D by

“Niraivagam” , “Strategies used in Maths”, “Maths made easier”, “Teaching grammar in classroom” and “ Bringing discipline in classroom” which was conducted by specified resource persons. Special training was given to kindergarten teachers on Phonics. These were helping the teachers to do better in every area.

Students Council & Leadership Program:

our Founder Thiru. A. Aladi Aruna's birthday was celebrated in a grand manner which was witnessed by Mr.J.Surya Prakash Advocate- Madras High Court – Alumini of D.H.S.S, followed by Investiture ceremony where the students council were framed . These student leaders were elected in a democratic way of conducting elections and they were given responsibilities.

Sports & Games:

Our students have excelled not only in their studies but also in sports, arts and various competitions showcasing their talents and determination.

We have been providing much importance for physical education by allotting Pet periods and it has been followed regularly.

The annual sports meet was held on October 29 superscript th with great enthusiasm and excitement. The event took place at M.P.T ground, and it was a day filled with energy, sportsman ship and celebration.

Mrs. D. Mary retired teacher of D.H.S.S inaugurated the event by lighting the ceremonial torch. The overall championship trophy was won by Daffodil house and the Runner -up Champa house.

cultural competition was held at Y.M.C.A in which our students participated and won consolation prize.

Clubs and Societies:

In order to improve reading and communication skills among the students our secretary sir is teaching Dolch words in English and 'xU vOj;J Kjy; megawatt vOj;J tiu' in Tamil and it is regularly assessed in proper intervals.

{Tagore English Club}

Tagore English club aims to learn English in an enjoyable and learning experience, also it encourages students to develop confidence in speaking, reading and writing skills. They conducted various debates, organize skits and do many role playing activity to improve pronunciation and expression.

{Bharathiyar Tamil Mandram}

Bharathiyar Tamil mandram aims to promote richness of the Tamil language and culture among students. It introduces students to classical and contemporary Tamil literature. They conducted expos and motivate the students to participate in various inter school competitions where the students won many prizes.

{Ramanujar Maths Club}

Ramanujar Maths club aims to foster a love for Mathematics and enhance students' problem solving skills through engaging activities. They make learning Maths enjoyable by organising Maths day celebrations and expos to spark their curiosity and engagement.

{Einstein Science Club}

Einstein Science club aims to encourage curiosity , and scientific thinking among students. They also promote awareness about climate change , pollution and sustainability by making them participate in various competitions and conducting expos .

{Herodotus Social Club}

Herodotus club aims to enhance understanding social issues, human behaviour and societal dynamics. They encourage discussion on many sociological topics by conducting leadership programs, organising events that highlight the culture and traditions and conducting expos.

*On Jan 11 superscript th we celebrated Mac carnival exclusively for the students where they had many fun and gala moments *On December 6 superscript th an awareness program to protect sparrows was conducted by Koodugal team where our students made nearly 1000 sparrow nests, which was mentioned by our Honourable Prime Minister on “Mann ki Baat” program.

Infrastructure & Resources

Our management provided spacious and glorious education to all our students through our Heritage Hub and Macaulay campus. We have a well developed Computer lab, Library , Science lab and playground facilities in order to uplift the overall development of the students.

Technology Integration

This year we have introduced interactive panel board for the students in their classroom so the children can learn in a lively way.

Students Life & Wellbeing:

Students well being is a students' mental and physical health. Its important for students to have a strong sense of well being so they can manage stress and anxiety and build resilience.

Our S&G team has participated in the wall painting competition at the S&G head quarters at Chennai

Our C&B team has participated in the C&B Utsav which was held at Karur, where our students showcased their talents and received many certificates and awards.

{National and Regional Celebrations}

National festivals were celebrated to indicate the patriotic feeling towards the children. We celebrated Independence day, Republic day , Constitutional day etcetera

We always strongly believe in the quote “ Unity in Diversity”.

Ganesh Chathurthi , Diwali, Navarathri , Id, Christmas, Onam, Krishna jayanthi etc, were celebrated to intuit the cultural ethic and values behind every religion across the country.

{Excursion and Field Trip}

“Travel is still the most intense mode of learning”

To gain firsthand knowledge, experience and augment academic learning, the school organised 5 days field trip to Chikmagalur - Karnataka. It helped the students to retain information , visualize and discuss information which makes the concept more memorable.

I avail this opportunity to express a heartfelt thanks to the members of the Vanniampathi Educational and Charitable trust for providing scholarships for the needed people and also I thank the Bhoomi N.G.O's for extending supports towards our school.

Our school is fortunate and grateful to have happy team of committed, competent teachers whose passion for teaching and love has played a vital role in each and every achievement. The Fear Jungle Dance

Fear Jungle Dance is an intense performance that explores the raw emotions of fear . It captures the tension between vulnerability and resilience within the chaotic beauty of the jungle.

Also they participated and won several prizes in various competitions held at Avvai kalai kazhagam,Thiruthangal Nadar Vidhyalaya & Maharishi Vidya Mandir School.

Founder's day is one of the most cherished occasions in our school calendar, celebrated with profound gratitude and respect to honour the visionary whose ideals laid the foundation of the institution. The programme commenced with a floral tribute to the founder, followed by a special assembly, prayer and inspirational speeches highlighting the founders vision , values and remarkable contributions to the society. It reaffirmed our our commitment to carrying forward the founder's vision by striving for academic excellence, moral integrity and holistic development.

The council members were elected in a democratic way and formally inducted, taking an oath to uphold the values and vision of our institution. Students actively participated in the election process by filing nominations , presenting their vision and ideas, campaigning responsibly and casting their votes.
