Trust the Trusts

What started as groups of like-mind, beliefs and culture, where people bartered among themselves but with no structure, was transformed into structured monarcia control, where these "captured" tribes grew tired of the abuse. Perhaps a way to reach independence is to return to private governance through express trust structures.
If history shows that the transition from local bartering, to control, to a more balanced system through a federal empire, which was built on contracts, treaties, and legal frameworks, then the path to individual autonomy requires mastering those exact same tools.
Perhaps a way to regain independence is through the deliberate re-structuring of one's own private affairs. Just as the ancient foederati used written contracts (foedera) to preserve their autonomy within a larger empire, the modern individual can utilize the private express trust. By operating as a competent trustee over your own assets, executor of their families estate, layered with others to form a ministry, a more ethical, moral kinder and more compassionate administrative structure where members are all equal because we are all human. Because we're all one in God.
The evolution of governance and commerce was a journey toward the restoration of human freedom. When we map the structural history of law onto the divine metanarrative, we find that the final destination is not subjugation, but an inheritance. It is a transition from a world of transactional bondage into a sovereign, interconnected global family estates.
The creator is the absolute owner of the estate who established the terms of the trust agreement (the covenant) and funds it with the ultimate assets - Earth's energy and ask that it has to offer. Above all tangible value we have righteousness, love kindness, we have one another.
Jesus Christ is the Guarantor, faithfully executes the terms of the trust deed perfectly, and guarantees its delivery.
Hebrews 7:22: “Because of this oath, Jesus has become the Guarantor (Éggyos) of a better covenant.”
The Beneficiaries are you, me and billions of others, the parties who lack the legal standing or capacity to manage the massive spiritual estate, but are lawfully and spiritually entitled to inherit and enjoy its assets and payouts.
As noted before everything is free, we only pay for the labor. Where it's fair that every man is worthy of his labor, it is unfortunate that the C.E.O of Conglomerate Corporations, the retail companies, executives sitting behind a desk earn 10 times more then the people working long hours to manufacture and bring that product to you.
The infamous 666 might not be the number of the beast, but the system of Commerce. Elevating the importance on money and material wealth above human life. We are to be in this world but not a part of it, to give our last 2 cents, to sell our goods and give to the meek, to lend to our enemy without expecting repayment, to treat the neighbor superior to oneself... Chapter after chapter of the New Testament, Jesus teaches about loving one another, about healing, about how we can have the same ability as he did. But he also emphasizes generosity by suggesting to the young ruler to sell his possessions, give the money to the poor, and follow him He accentuated his profound disagreement when it came to merchants, especially in his father's house. He argued against worrying about possessions, framing generosity as a release from the fear of not having enough.
For centuries, we've viewed the theological concepts of salvation, grace, and redemption through a sentimental or spiritual lens. We read phrases like "Jesus paid our debt forward" or "died for our sins" and treat them as poetic metaphors. However, the Bible is an "all encompassing" book of knowledge and wisdom. You can find spiritual, scientific, astrological form of interpreting some passages, but there's a contractual interpretation as well.
The New Testament was written in Koine Greek, which served as the universal language of commerce and trade throughout the Roman Empire. In this context, through the lens of ancient commercial law and modern trust structures, the event of the crucifixion can be interpreted as a precise legal and financial transaction, where Jesus canceled our past and future debts.
In particular Paul who unlike Peter, John, or Matthew, Paul never walked with Jesus during his earthly ministry. He was a Roman citizen and a trained Pharisee, a highly educated legal scholar. When Paul looked at the execution of Jesus, he didn't just see a tragic death, he also looked at it through the lens of Roman contract law and statutory frameworks. He was translating a spiritual event into the language of the Roman marketplace (Koine Greek) so the empire could understand it
Jesus wasn't just preaching in secret, he wasn't only executed for telling people to be kind to each other. He was executed because his actions directly threatened the economic and political infrastructure.
He openly challenged the commercial monopolies of the temple money changers, who were running a massive currency-exchange and sacrificial asset market.
He advocated for a form of private, independent moral governance - "The Kingdom of God is within you", "you can't serve both money and God", "surrender to Ceasar what is Ceasars and to God what is God's" He was causing a massive structural disruption. The authorities, both the local political establishment and the Roman governors, were terrified of an algorithmic shift in the public mindset.
Which is probably why they paid Judas 30 pieces of silver, for them to be able to capture Jesus quietly, at night, away from the crowds. This is the classic move for shutting down a whistleblower or a radical reformer before they can spark a full systemic reset.
Similar to the modern scientists, inventors, or whistleblowers who "mysteriously disappear" when they challenge monolithic systems.
When Paul says "nailed to the cross," he is using the exact legal vocabulary of canceling a bond by piercing it. By driving nails through Jesus's hands and feet, the Roman soldiers were physically piercing the "body" that held the debt. Our past and future debt documents were defaced, rendered legally void, and could never be brought as evidence in a courtroom again.
Because Jesus paid the ultimate asset - His life, the contract was satisfied. — John 19:30 - When he had received the drink, Jesus said, “It is finished.” With that, he bowed his head and gave up his spirit.

"Paid in Full. He died for our sins" means He paid the cash value of our bankruptcy.
"Nailed to the cross" means He destroyed the physical I.O.U so that, legally, you owe the courts absolutely nothing.

The system only had the legal right to collect a debt from people who actually broke the law. Jesus was completely innocent, he wasn't a part of their system, as a holy man, he broke no laws, he borrowed nothing, he owed the system nothing. No debt, no leverage.
The agreement wasn't a physical exchange of gold coins, signed contracts, It was a transaction of status. Jesus legally took on the status of a "bankrupt slave" and offered His life for value, this payment swallowed up the debt completely. In ancient law, if a creditor wrongfully executes a contract or kills an innocent person to seize their assets, the creditor forfeits their legal rights entirely. By killing Jesus, the system committed a catastrophic legal error, broke its own rules, and lost its legal authority to hold anyone else in debt.
Colossians 2, warns us to - "See to it that no one takes you captive through hollow and deceptive philosophy, which depends on human tradition and the elemental spiritual forces of this world rather than on Christ."
Colossians 2:14 continues with "..... having canceled the charge of our legal indebtedness, which stood against us and condemned us; he has taken it away, nailing it to the cross".
This is describing the crucifixion as a cancellation of a "certificate of debt" or "decree" that was against mankind, which was "nailed to the cross". This indicates a legal settlement, often viewed as the tearing up of a signed debt instrument.

Under Roman contract law, a person who could not pay their debts was thrown into debtor's prison or sold into slavery. To "die for our sins" also meant Jesus acted as a Guarantor (a cosigner). He stepped into the courtroom, took your cheirographon (your signed personal I.O.U), and transferred the legal liability from your name to His own.

While modern translations often dilute this word to "guarantor," the strict Greek etymological definition of éggyos is Surety.
Jesus paid for past and present debts. However, the Romans kept squeezing people for debts they did not truly owe.
To the Roman Caesars, Jesus' statement that "the debt is paid" meant nothing financially. They still had legions to pay, palaces to build, and an empire to secure — In Aramaic, the word for "sin" and the word for "monetary debt" is exactly the same word: hob.
Ancient Roman law pioneered a brutal, creditor-oriented property system. If a peasant couldn't pay their debts, they were sold into outright slavery, often shipped far away, and their family line was shattered.
Peasants grew tired, especially of had happened.
As Christianity grew, the idea of selling your fellow Christian brother or sister into literal, chattel slavery became highly taboo and harder to morally justify. To fix the issue, the law now allowed wealthy elites to legally seize their family land permanently.
By shifting the penalty from literal slavery to land seizure and forced tenancy, the elites actually grew more powerful, The peasant went from being an independent owner of their own food supply to a desperate tenant who had to buy back their own life every day through labor.
By shifting to the "wage" or "tenant" system, the elites successfully outsourced the cost of survival to the worker.

Many early Christians realized that Jesus paid their debt, so they needed to stop participating in the Roman system of economic slavery.
In the Book of Acts, right after Jesus' death, the first Christian communities launched a radical economic experiment. Many literally sold their lands and houses. They pooled all their cash into a single, community-run fund, distributed the money to anyone who had need.
The text explicitly states that "There were no needy persons among them."
— Acts 4:33 to 35 - "All the believers were one in heart and mind. No one claimed that any of their possessions was their own, but they shared everything they had. With great power the apostles continued to testify to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus. And God's grace was so powerfully at work in them all that there were no needy persons among them. For from time to time those who owned land or houses sold them, brought the money from the sales and put it at the apostles' feet, and it was distributed to anyone who had need.
This communal, debt-free lifestyle of the earliest church remained an underground, localized phenomenon within the borders of the Mediterranean. However, as the Roman Empire expanded its currency-and-debt machine over the next two centuries, it triggered a massive, counter-balancing human migration from the frozen north.
While the early church was quietly spreading its message of spiritual and economic liberation through the imperial highways, During the 2nd century C.E, early decentralized groups were beginning to form until gradually organizing into the massive tribal confederations known as the Germanic Tribes or The Vickings. Even though biblical events took place primarily in the Middle East, Egypt, Greece, and Italy. The Germanic Tribes originated in Scandinavia and northern Europe (modern Denmark and southern Sweden), they moved southward due to factors like climate change (colder winters) and population growth.

When Germanic tribes like the Goths raided Roman provinces in the 3rd century to escape their own economic pressures, they carried back massive amounts of plunder, including captured Roman citizens, many of whom were devout Christians. They Spiritualized the Debt, they told the peasants, "When Jesus said he paid your debt, he only meant your sins so you can go to heaven. He didn't mean your actual land or your rent! You still have to work the fields and pay your landlord." They started preaching that being a poor, that being a suffering wage-laborer, was a holy virtue that made you more like Jesus.
The elites successfully protected the Roman property and employment loop. They kept the land, kept the labor, and used the name of the guy who fought the debt system to justify keeping people in it.
By this time the Germanic tribes, the Goths, Vandals, and Burgundians were outside the empire, watching Roman elites consume the peasant classes through debt. They wanted no part of Rome's predatory legal system.
Before Constantine, the Roman Empire was going bankrupt. To fix this, Constantine launched massive economic reforms. He created a new gold coin called the Solidus, but to back its value, he locked Roman peasants to their land by law. Under Constantine, if a peasant tenant tried to flee their debts or their landlord, they were hunted down like runaway slaves, brought back in chains, and forced to work.
To keep the peace while executing this brutal economic lockup, Constantine legalized Christianity and flooded the Church with imperial gold and land. He realized that if he made the local bishops the official judges of civil disputes, the people would accept their economic chains because their "holy men" were the ones enforcing the system.
Bishop Ulfilas was a brilliant missionary. In the 4th century, he went to the Germanic tribes to convert them to Christianity.
He invented a completely new alphabet just to translate the Bible into the Gothic language.
The "Arian Christian" Loophole: Ulfilas preached Arian Christianity, a version of theology that taught Jesus was a created being, subordinate and lesser than God the Father. He died for our sins.
By merging the meanings of "sin" and financial debt completely shattered the modern separation between "religion" and "money." Bonded by Commerce United by Trusts

In a world of hypothication, we are all financially indebted to each other through financial pools, and mutual funds.
At the end of the day, a macroeconomy does not run on isolated wealth.
it runs on radical interdependence. Every dollar you spend, every tax you pay, every service you buy, and every tip you leave is a direct contribution to the survival of another human being.
The business owner relies on the consumer, the consumer relies on the laborer, the laborer relies on the infrastructure built by the community.
We do not exist as isolated balance sheets. We are a living, breathing net of mutual support.
Modern banking systems create currency through fractional-reserve banking. Every dollar in circulation is literally loaned into existence by central banks. Because money is born out of debt, it is mathematically impossible for society as a whole to ever be "debt-free" under the current financial architecture.
In short, Jesus paid the spiritual ledger, but human rulers chose to keep building physical ledgers to control wealth, labor, and land.
Jesus' payment was redemptive, by restoring humanity's broken relationship with God. He did not stage a political feat to rewrite earthly banking laws or dissolve the concept of assets and liability.
Too often, people treat commerce, trusts, and legal structures as cold, sterile, corporate weapons meant only for extraction, wanting to avoid taxes, to become overnight millionaires. By tracing the history from the foederati to the cheirographon, we can find that the law itself contains the blueprint for liberation, compassion, and human dignity all under one roof, one umbrella.
It's no coincidently, Biblical verses, are mirror with Trust structures and actual verbiage are found in our founding documents. —

Therefore, if you have any encouragement from being united with Christ, if any comfort from his love, if any common sharing in the Spirit, if any tenderness and compassion, then make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and of one mind.
— This is the practical structure for a family unit, serving as the voluntary grouping of people who have elevated their mindset and are completely unified in spirit and purpose.
— Not necessarily linked by blood but but thought, faith and intent. As Jesus himself famously redefined the concept of family, shifting it away from biological bloodlines and anchoring it entirely in a shared spiritual mindset, he asked, "Who is my mother, and who are my brothers?" Pointing to his disciples, he said, "Here are my mother and my brothers. For whoever does the will of my Father in heaven is my brother and sister and mother."
Even in this world of Commerce and trust, we're all family, we're all connected. On paper we're connected, we're all indebted to one another. yet, we all are financially supporting a group of leaders to exist in luxury while we suffer in hunger, in debt, many living in their vehicles, others are incarcerated with no criminal charges, many are in detention centers oblivious to the fact that they too have financially continued to the nations economy.
It's a cycle, where the wheels keep spinning to continue circulating economy. For centuries, the elite, corporate, religious and political leaders, have lived a life of luxury, while keeping the people that finances such luxury in fear, debt and imprisoned by ignorance. Promoting false beliefs restricting us of facts and truths, resulting in conformity and obedience to the elite.
This right to self-governance evolved directly through history as the Federal System transformed monarchical regimen into a unified federal nation, giving the people a voice. The integration of the Germanic Foederati into the Roman world fundamentally reshaped human governance by introducing two world-changing concepts, a balanced society of voting peers and the earliest evolutionary roots of structured commercial trust law.

Redemption

Modern day economic structure, in reality has never changed. The abusive power, control, debt slavery to the elites controlling the estates of masses. They justify the control with "ignorance of the law is no excuse." Yet, it's the Fiduciary's responsibility to inform the adult, that they have an estate waiting, allowing us to decide, what to do and how to manage it. You shut the door of the kingdom of heaven in people's faces. You yourselves do not enter, nor will you let those enter who are trying to"
Jesus offered a spiritual exit ramp from the mindset of guilt, scarcity, and eternal liability. For those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted.
—"Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us, for it is written: 'Cursed is everyone who is hung on a pole.'" Galatians 3.13 Jesus acted as the ultimate financial guarantor. He did not ask the creditor to erase the debt out of thin air. He stepped into the marketplace, paid the full commercial value of the debt with His life, and canceled the bond.
Because Jesus's divine legacy, whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government. So, consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us. For the creation waits in eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed. For the creation was subjected to frustration, not by its own choice, but by the will of the one who subjected it, in hope that the creation itself will be liberated from its bondage to decay and brought into the freedom and glory of the children of God.
Please take note that while we read the Bible in English, the Greek or Hebrew language might have different meaning. — Galatians 3:13 states, "Christ redeemed (exagorázõ) us from the curse of the law."
— The Meaning: In the Roman slave trade, if a wealthy benefactor bought a slave via exagorázõ, that slave was permanently removed from the auction block. They could never be resold, re-trafficked, or subjected to commercial bidding again. It was a permanent relocation of the asset.
Under both Roman and ancient Near Eastern law, if a person defaulted on their financial liabilities (hamartia—the shortfall), their creditors possessed the legal right of foreclosure. Because the debtor could not settle the ledger with currency, the law allowed the creditor to seize the debtor's land, their children, and their own body as collateral.
The debtor was marched to the agora, placed on the auction block, and sold into bond-slavery. They were legally dead to the world, stripped of their equity, and entirely subject to the ledger of their new master. They could not work their way out, because all the fruits of their labor now belonged to the holder of their debt.
Jesus does not merely negotiate with the creditors, nor does He break the law to stage a prison break. The Divine Trust operates with absolute legal integrity. To free a foreclosed asset, the debt must actually be paid.
Jesus steps into the agora and executes a total asset buyout. It's not gold, silver, stones or much less paper bonds which depreciates in value.
The true value behind such material assets, is the people's long hours, sleepless nights, body aches, and pains, it's the sweat equity, the labor that give value to anything and everything material.
The price required to balance a ledger of systemic human debt required the ultimate, infinite capital - His own life and blood. This is the lytron - the definitive, non-refundable deposit that liquidates the entire liability.
The moment the blood capital is deposited, the transaction is finalized. Jesus takes humanity off the slave block permanently.

The empire's power relied entirely on the fact that they could violently enforce this debt on your physical flesh.
Jesus was executed by the Roman Empire for sedition, for being perceived as a political rebel claiming the title "King of the Jews".
By exposing the system for what it was, Jesus challenged the authority of the religious and social elite, he stood up and told the masses that "The Kingdom of God is within you," he lived outside the system, outside their debt-and-currency loop, he was asserting absolute, un-hypothecated sovereignty. He was the son of the most high, a perfect, debt-free asset
We have traveled from the biblical history of debt, God being the creator, owner absolute, Jesus Christ is the Guarantor, who selflessly, faithfully executes the terms of Trust by accepting a debt that wasn't his.
